Please note that international orders may attract import duties/taxes and customs fees upon entering the country.
These fees/duties if applicable will vary from country to country and will also be imposed at different levels by different countries.

IMPORTANT: If you are unsure if your articles will be subject to import duties/customs fees please contact your local customs office/agency or postal authority for clarification.
Any such fees imposed on your goods are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Domestic Orders
All domestic orders will be shipped using Australia Post Parcel service and will usually be delivered within 2-3 days to major capital cities.

Refund/Replacement

A refund will be granted as per Australian Legislation if the goods contain a manufacturing fault upon delivery or are not as ordered.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to begin the return process.
All boots returned MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition and packaging they were received.
Once we have received your boots, we will inspect them to confirm that the fault you've described is a manufacturer fault, and therefore covered by our refund/replacement policy.

If the issue turns out not to be a manufacturer fault, your original boots will be sent back to you via Registered Post.
If they do contain a manufacturer fault we will send you another pair at our expense. We will not be responsible for any goods sent back to us without instructions or a return address.
