We only sell 100% Australian made products. All our products including ugg boots, slippers, thermals and accessories are made in Australia. We don't sell products that are made in China. These boots are not UGG Australia Branded boots which are made in China. These boots are hand made using GRADE A natuaral sheepskin grown in Australia.
Our boots have the manufacturers UGG label on the rear of the boot. We have numerous suppliers due to the demand of these boots.

No we don’t sell any products by Deckers Outdoor Corporation. We do not sell any UGG Australia branded products. All our products are 100% Australian made.
We do not sell these products or any other products made in China.

The best way to accurately measure your size is by using our Sizing Chart. For conversion between various sizing systems please refer to our Size Conversion Chart. If you are still unsure, you can measure your foot from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe, then contact us and include your foot length and we will determine the right size for you.

We ship worldwide.

You will be charged in Australian Dollars. The final transaction will be processed in Australian Dollars and converted to your local currency by your credit card provider.

A flat rate of $15.00 applies all orders within Australia. For international deliveries, shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed upon checkout and are automatically added to the order total.

There are no other additional costs to Australian customers.
International customers might have to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not payed by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.

Once your order is dispatched, Australian deliveries take 1-2 working days to arrive, and International deliveries usually take 2-7 working days for UPS Courier and 7-14 working days for International Express.
:: How do I take care of my uggs?
Hand wash your ugg boots in warm water, using an approved wool detergent. To dry, place your uggs in the shade, away from heat or direct sunlight and allow to dry out slowly to retain the soft, supple finish.
DO NOT SUBMERGE BOOTS IN WATER AS THIS WILL DAMAGE ADHESIVE FOR THE SOLE.
