Returns Policy

Exchange:
If the boots do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with a returns form which MUST be sent along with the boots. All Ugg boots returned for an exchange MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition they were received. All items sent back to us are sent at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.  For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.

Refund/Replacement
A refund will be granted as per Australian Legislation if the goods contain a manufacturing fault upon delivery or are not as ordered*. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to begin the return process. All boots returned MUST NOT BE WORN and sent back in the original condition and packaging they were received. Once we have received your boots, we will inspect them to confirm that the fault you've described is a manufacturer fault, and therefore covered by our refund/replacement policy. If the issue turns out not to be a manufacturer fault, your original boots will be sent back to you via Registered Post. If they do contain a manufacturer fault we will send you another pair at our expense. We will not be responsible for any goods sent back to us without instructions or a return address.
Please take time to ensure you have ordered correctly. You can do this by using our size chart that can be found on our website or contact us prior to ordering.

* A refund will not be granted for change of mind, wrong item bought, found the goods cheaper or used the goods in a way they were not made for.
* Assuming the boots are another brand or claims of trying other brands in store or already owning a certain size does not does constitute for not as ordered.
* As all boots are made from a natural sheepskin material, please note slight colour variations within our images on our website may occur.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order
you need to contact us within 24 Hours of the time the order was placed by visiting our Contact Us page (please ensure you put CANCEL ORDER in the subject line) and notify us through this mean of communication. If the order has been processed we will refund your original payment method less $15 AUD cancellation fee for the administration/credit card cost involved in reversing your order. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to send the boots back (at your expense) and will be subject to an 18% Cancellation and Re -Stocking Fee.
